They are different ways to make a smoothie. Today I’m showing you to make a mixed fruit smoothie.

How to make Fruit Smoothie:

To make this smoothie take a blender and add peeled banana slices, apple slices and pomegranate seeds to the blender. After that add cinnamon powder. After that add the milk and ice cream and blend it to the smoothie. Finally, serve it with chocolate syrup on the top.

Fruits: Fruits like banana, apple, and pomegranate are used in this recipe. Because of the usage of fruits, this recipe is a healthy recipe. Peeled banana and apple slices are used in this recipe. You can use the fruits of your choice. Banana is a good source of Vitamin B 12, THis helps to produce the red blood cells and to remove the chemicals from the liver and kidneys. And helps to maintain the healthy nervous system. Banana is good for digestion and skin.

Apples are very healthy and nutritious. Making the apple part of the diet helps to reduce the risk of a stroke and lowering the level of cholesterol. Apples help to control weight and improves your digestion.

  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Apple
  • 1/4 cup pomegranate
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon powder
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar Adjust according to the sweetness
  • 1/4 cup Milk
  • 2 Tbsp Ice cream


  • pre-preparation:
  • Peel the banana and apple and cut into slices. Deseed the apple first and then cut the pieces. Keep the pomegranate seeds separately in the bowl.


  • Take a blender and add the banana slices and apple slices to the blender. After that add the pomegranate seeds to the jar.
  • Then add the cinnamon powder to the jar. This adds the extra flavor to the smoothie, so Don't skip the cinnamon powder.
  • After that add the brown sugar, you can replace the brown sugar with white sugar. But brown sugar is healthier.
  • Then add the milk to the blender and finally add the ice cream and blend it into a smoothie. Add more milk if required for fine smoothie.
  • You can add ice cubes if you want a chilled smoothie.
  • Now transfer this smoothie into a serving glass and garnish with chocolate syrup. And serve immediately.

And take a serving glass and add basil seeds at the bottom and then add the Sev on the top add rose syrup. Then add the milk and chia seeds. After that add the ice cream on the top of chia seeds. Then add the dry fruits on the top and serve immediately.
