Instructions

Marination of the chicken:

  • First, take the chicken breast and make slits on the chicken breast. And Then add salt, red chili flakes, pepper powder, and olive oil to the chicken.
  • Mix all the ingredients well with the chicken. So that that the chicken can fully cover with the marination. Rest it for 20 mins
  • Now Heat the oil in the pan and add chicken to the pan. Saute the chicken for 5 mins and cover the lid and cook until it is tender.
  • Then add barbeque sauce to the chicken and stir well. Cover the lid and cook until the chicken is properly cooked.
  • Now take the chicken from the pan and keep it separately on a plate. Add veggies to the same pan and stir fry them with salt, pepper, and oregano.
  • Now turn off the stove and let the veggies cool down.
  • Now take serving bowl or plate and add lettuce, chicken, and veggies and serve.
