How to make Veg Lasagna Recipe:
To make this veg lasagna, firstly make a dough with All purpose flour and rest the dough for 15 to 20 mins. Now divide into three parts. Roll those into circle shape layers. let them dry for 15 mins. Now take a pan and saute the veggies with garlic, salt, and red chili flakes. Now heat the pan. Apply pizza sauce and keep a layer on the pan and spread the white sauce and pizza sauce on the top. Then add a layer of sauted veggies and cheese. Cover it with the other circle and stick the edges together. Repeat the same process as the first layer.
Finally, add the third layer and add red chili flakes, chopped d garlic, oregano and cover it with cheese. Cover it with lid and cook for 45 mins under the low flame. Serve the veg lasagna Hot.

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tbsp salt adjust according to your taste
- water As required to make dough
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1 cup onions
- 1/2 cup peas
- 1 cup corn
- 3 tbsp red chili flakes
- 6 tbsp white sauce
- 6 tbsp pizza sauce
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 cup cheese adjust according to your taste
preparation of the dough:
- Take a mixing bowl and add all-purpose flour to the bowl and add salt. Then make a dough by adding water. Then cover the dough and rest the dough for 20 mins
Preparation of the Lasagna layers:
- .After 20 mins, make the dough into equal parts and roll them into circles by sprinkling some flour.Then dry separately for 15 to 20 mins.
Sauting the veggies:
- Heat the oil in the pan and add chopped garlic to the pan. saute them for half min and add onions to the pan. Saute them until they become soft.
- Now add the peas and corn to the pan. At this stage add veggies of your choice. Then add salt, red chili flakes and mix them well with the veggies.
- Saute the veggies until they become soft.
Preparation of Vegetable Lasagna:
- Take a pan and apply pasta sauce at the bottom. Then add a circle layer in the pan and spread some white sauce and pizza sauce.
- After that spread the sauted veggies on the sauce and add cheese on the top of the veggies. After that add the second circle layer and seal the edges and make holes at the edges.
- Spread some white sauce and red sauce on the second layer also. Then spread sauted veggies on the sauce.
- Then cover the veggies with the cheese like the first layer.
- Then finally, add the third circle layer and seal the edges. sprinkle some red chili flakes, chopped garlic, and oregano. at last add some cheese on the top.
- Then cover the lid and cook on the low flame for 45 mins. After that turn off the stove.
- Then cut the Vegetable Lasagna into slices and serve the Vegetable Lasagna hot.
