First, heat the oil in a pan and take the half sliced egg and dip in the batter first and then roll them in the bread crumbs.
Make sure that the egg is fully covered with the bread crumbs. Repeat the same process for other eggs also. keep them in a plate.
When the oil is hot enough drop them in the oil and fry them until they turn golden brown on both sides. Fry them on the medium flame.
Once they are fried take in the plate with the tissue paper. This tissue helps to absorb excess oil. Let them cool down a little bit.
Now fill the egg with the stuffing and place a grated cheese or cheese slice on the top of the egg. Repeat the same process for other eggs also.
Now take a pan and 2 tbsps of oil to the pan. Once the oil is hot enough place the eggs carefully in the pan and sprinkle some oregano on the top of the eggs.
Now the cover lid and cook for 5 mins or else until the cheese melted lightly. Serve hot.
