Mini pizza is the smaller version of Pizza. As you know, pizza belongs to Italian cuisine. Moreover, it gains its popularity in all over the world. The process of mini pizza is same as original pizza. But you can finish this pizza in two bites and easy to make at home.

On the other hand, making this mini pizza is fun. Because they look yummy and super cute. So, involve your kids while making this pizza. And let them choose the toppings and chop the veggies. Never the less, I’m making this pizza’s on the stove. Though, no need to worry about the oven. Serve this mini awesomeness for your kids birthday party. Everyone is going to love this small pizza.

How to make Mini pizza:

They are two main steps in making the mini pizza. First step is to make the pizza dough. Second one is to preparation of toppings. To make the pizza base, mix the yeast in the milk and sugar. After that add this yeast mixture to the flour to knead the dough.

After kneading the dough, rest the dough for 30 mins. Then make the small pizza base and cook on the pan. Don’t forget to poke the mini pizza base with fork to make holes. Then spread the tomato sauce, cheese and put veggies on the top. Cover the lid and cook until the cheese melts.

Pizza base: The ingredients for mini pizza base are flour, sugar, salt, milk, and dry yeast. Dry yeast really helps for the instant fermentation. Hence soft and puffy pizza. You should soak the yeast in milk and sugar for 10 mins. This is the crucial step. Above all, kneading dough plays a vital role.

Dough should not be hard. Adjust the water quantity accordingly. Make sure that cover the dough with a towel while resting.

Topping: Onions, bell peppers, tomatoes are used as toppings for Mini pizza. Along with them add corn, olives, chicken if you want. Along with them, cheese is the star ingredient. Either use grated Cheddar or mozzarella cheese.

But don’t do overtopping. Because, this the little pizza, so it needs a few topping only. Or else they might drop while eating. Last but not the least, tomato sauce is a must. Tomato sauce or pizza sauce is easily available in the market.

Ingredients

ingredients for dough:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp dry yeast
  • 1.5 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp salt

ingredients for mini pizza:

  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 3 tbsp red chili flakes
  • 1/4 cup grated cheese
  • 3 tbsp chopped onions
  • 3 tbsp chopped tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp chopped bell peppers

Instructions

preparation of the dough:

  • First, take a bowl of milk and add sugar and dry yeast to the bowl. stir them well. Keep it a side for 15 mins
  • After that take a mixing bowl and flour, salt, and yeast mixture to the bowl. And make a soft dough. Then wrap it with a wrapper or a silver foil. Then rest the dough for 30 mins.

Preparation:

  • Now, take the dough and make equall size balls with the bough. And then roll them into small pizzas.
  • Then make small holes on the pizza with the fork. This is a very important step. After that heat the pan and place the pizzas on the pan.
  • Fry them until they are cooked and turn little brown at the bottom.
  • Then apply pizza sauce on the top of the pizza. You can use store bought sauce or homemade as well.
  • Then add the chopped veggies one after other and add grated cheese on the top of the veggies.
  • But don't over the pizza with veggies. Choose your favourite topings and you can add chicken and paneer as well.
  • After that sprinkle red chili flakes and oregano on the top. Now finally, Cover the lid and cook the pizza until the cheese melts.
  • Serve the mini pizza hot.

This is the classic American recipe. My kids love this cheese, creamy recipe.

  • To start first, boil the elbow pasta in hot water with salt and oil. Boil the pasta till AL dente.
  • After that melt the butter in the pan. And then add al purpose flour to the pan and fry until it bubbles up.
  • Then pour the milk and stir and mix to avoid the formation of lumps
  • Boil the milk till the required consistency. Then add shredded cheese and mix it well.
  • Stir ofter till the cheese melts. Add pepper powder and salt to the pan.
  • Combine them well. Finally, add the boiled pasta and mix it well with the sauce.
  • Serve hot. If you want to bake the mac and cheese, then transfer this to the baking tray.
  • After that spread bread crumbs, melted butter, and cheese on the top.
  • Bake it for 15 to 20 mins in the preheated oven.

Chicken nuggets:

These chicken nuggets are crispy from outside and juicy from inside. And boneless chicken is the best for this recipe. Moreover, they are best to be paired with some dipping.

  • First, cut the chicken breast in to small size pieces. Then soak the chicken pieces in the butter milk.
  • This step is essential for soft and juicy chicken nuggets. Then marinate the chicken with pepper, salt, garam masala.
  • Meanwhile arrange bread crumbs, flour, and egg mixture near the stove.
  • Then take the chicken pieces and dip them in the flour first, then in egg and finally roll in bread crumbs.
  • After that deep fry them in oil until they are cooked properly.
  • Then take them in a paper towel to absorb the excess oil.
