First, boil the sweet potatoes and cut them into slices. After that press them between your palms. So that they become think slices.
Soak the white chana for 8hrs or overnight. And boil them in the pressure cooker with some salt.
After that chop veggie, green chilis, raw mango and keep them in separate bowls. ,
preparation:
Heat the oil in the pan and add sweet potato slices to the pan and roast them until on the medium flame until they turn golden brown. Sprinkle some salt and pepper in between.
Turn them in between so that they can fry equally on both sides. Don't burn the slices.
Take a mixing bowl and add boiled chana, chopped onions, chopped coriander leaves, curd, chaat masala, salt, chili powder, and sweet potatoes. Toss them and mix them well.
After that add the cubed mango, sweet sauce, and lemon juice to the bowl and mix again. Now check the taste and if anything needed.
