Heat the kadai on medium flame and add butter to the kadai and let it melt.
Then add bay leaf to the kadai and saute it until it turns aromatic.
Next add finely chopped garlic and ginger. saute them until the raw flavor is gone or else it will spoil the taste of the soup.
Then add finely chopped chillis and fry them for 1 min. adjust chillis according to your taste.
Then add 1 cup of chopped onions and saute the onions until they turn light golden brown.
Then add minced chicken in to the onions and mix well with all the ingredients. let it fry for few mins.
Then add water after the chicken is little bit fried. and stir well so that the can separate in the water and chicken can boil well.
Then add pepper powder and salt to the kadai and mix well and let it boil for 5 mins.
Then add soy sauce and mix well and let boil for fem more mins.
After that red chilli flakes to the soup and stir well and this adds the spice to the soup.stir occasionally in between.
Then add beaten egg to the soup and mix well so that the egg can mix in the soup properly .boil soup for few mins on medium flame.
Add freshly chopped coriander to the soup and simmer the soup on medium to low flame.
Finally, squeeze the fresh lemon juice to the soup and check the salt and turn of the stove.
serve the tasty home made chicken soup hot.
