Chicken Soup Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp chopped green chillis
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1 cup minced chicken
  • 1 tbsp pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp coriander leaf chopped
  • 2 tsp lemon juice

Instructions

  • Heat the kadai on medium flame and add butter to the kadai and let it melt.
  • Then add bay leaf to the kadai and saute it until it turns aromatic.
  • Next add finely chopped garlic and ginger. saute them until the raw flavor is gone or else it will spoil the taste of the soup.
  • Then add finely chopped chillis and fry them for 1 min. adjust chillis according to your taste.
  • Then add 1 cup of chopped onions and saute the onions until they turn light golden brown.
  • Then add minced chicken in to the onions and mix well with all the ingredients. let it fry for few mins.
  • Then add water after the chicken is little bit fried. and stir well so that the can separate in the water and chicken can boil well.
  • Then add pepper powder and salt to the kadai and mix well and let it boil for 5 mins.
  • Then add soy sauce and mix well and let boil for fem more mins.
  • After that red chilli flakes to the soup and stir well and this adds the spice to the soup.stir occasionally in between.
  • Then add beaten egg to the soup and mix well so that the egg can mix in the soup properly .boil soup for few mins on medium flame.
  • Add freshly chopped coriander to the soup and simmer the soup on medium to low flame.
  • Finally, squeeze the fresh lemon juice to the soup and check the salt and turn of the stove.
  • serve the tasty home made chicken soup hot.
