Instructions
pre-preparation:
Boil the chicken in the pressure cooker with some salt and separate the chicken and broth. keep them in separate bowls.
Chop the veggies and keep them in separate bowls.
preparation of white sauce:
First, melt the butter in the pan and After that add the maida to the butter and mix well in the butter. Fry the maida until the raw flavor is gone.
Don't burn the maida. It should not turn brown. After that add the milk to the pan and keep on stirring. Make sure that there should not be any lumps.
Add more milk if needed for the creamy texture. Better to add the boiled milk. Then add the red chili flakes, pepper powder and mix well.
Finally, add the cheese to the sauce and stir it until the cheese melts. Add more cheese if you like.
preparation;
First, heat the oil in the pan. Add chopped garlic when the oil is hot enough. Fry the garlic.
After that add the chopped veggies like beans, carrots, capsicum, and coriander leaves. Mix them well and fry them until they become tender.
Add some salt while frying the veggies and then add the chicken broth to pan. GIve it a stir and then add the boiled chicken to pan.
After that add the soy sauce and white sauce to the pan and mix very well. Then let the chicken soup boil until the required consistency.
Then add the lemon juice and spring onions before turning off the stove. Mix them in the soup.
Serve the creamy chicken soup hot.
