Pre preparation:
First, boil the noodles and let them cool down. Chop the veggies and keep them seperatly.
Preparation:
First, heat the butter in the wok or pan. Once the butter is melted add the chopped ginger, garlic, green chilis, and spring onions to the pan.
Saute them for 2 mins on the high flame and add the soy sauce to the pan and mix well with other ingredients.
Saute the ingredients with the soy sauce for 2 mins and then add the chili garlic sauce. Mix well.
After that add the water to the pan and let the water boil. Add salt to the water. When the water is boiled add the shrimp to the pan.
Cook the shrimp properly until the water dried and then check the taste.
Finally, add the boiled noodles to the pan and mix well with the other ingredients in the pan properly. So that noodles can fully cover with the shrimp and sauces.
Then add the chopped spring onions to the noodles and mix with noodles. Finally, serve the shrimp noodles hot.
