For pomegranate flavored pani:
Mix green chilies, ginger, basil leaves, Pani puri masala and pomegranate juice in a bowl. rest it aside for 15 mins. So that the juice can absorb all the flavors. Can refrigerate the pani if you want.
Then a shot glass and fill it with the pomegranate flavored pani.
For orange-flavored pani:
Mix green chilies, ginger, mint leaves, pani puri masala and orange juice in a bowl. And rest it for 15 mins. Then fill the pani in a shots glass.
For Kala katta flavored pani:
Mix the green chillis, ginger, coriander leaves, Pani puri masala and Kala Katta juice in a bowl and rest it for 15mins. Take a shots glass and fill the glass with pani.
Now take the puri and make a hole in the middle. Then stuff the puri with mashed potato mixture. Then add chopped onion, tomato, and sev in the puri.
Repeat the process for other pani puris also.
After that take the 3 shot glasses with pani and place the stuffed puri on the top of the glass and serve.
Can munch the puri first then later can have the pani shots. Or else fill the puris with flavored water and enjoy the pani puri shots.
