- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp Maida/All purpose flour
- 1/2 cup milk adjust
- 1 tbsp red chili flakes
- 1 tbsp pepper powder
- 2 tbsp cheese adjust

- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 2 tbsp chopped beans
- 2 tbsp chopped carrots
- 2 tbsp chopped bell pepper
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 bowl chicken broth
- 1 cup boiled chicken
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp spring onions
- Boil the chicken in the pressure cooker with some salt and separate the chicken and broth. keep them in separate bowls.
- Chop the veggies and keep them in separate bowls.
preparation of white sauce:
- First, melt the butter in the pan and After that add the maida to the butter and mix well in the butter. Fry the maida until the raw flavor is gone.
- Don't burn the maida. It should not turn brown. After that add the milk to the pan and keep on stirring. Make sure that there should not be any lumps.
- Add more milk if needed for the creamy texture. Better to add the boiled milk. Then add the red chili flakes, pepper powder and mix well.
- Finally, add the cheese to the sauce and stir it until the cheese melts. Add more cheese if you like.
- First, heat the oil in the pan. Add chopped garlic when the oil is hot enough. Fry the garlic.
- After that add the chopped veggies like beans, carrots, capsicum, and coriander leaves. Mix them well and fry them until they become tender.
- Add some salt while frying the veggies and then add the chicken broth to pan. GIve it a stir and then add the boiled chicken to pan.
- After that add the soy sauce and white sauce to the pan and mix very well. Then let the chicken soup boil until the required consistency.
- Then add the lemon juice and spring onions before turning off the stove. Mix them in the soup.
